  Utterly disgusted from the lack of professionalism. After mailing me coupons to use in store I went to use them and was rejected. I was only able to use one but then the employee mouthed to me to ask again at the till to the other staff member since I had made two separate transaction but was denied again. I accepted to pay the full amount but the staff member continued on their rant then began feeling sorry for me and insinuated that I must be financially struggling. I found that disrespectful since the only reason I went to them was to give them business, to use what they spent time and money to send me and not because I have no other means to feed my wife and i other than to try cost them money with their coupons. This incident cost them more than a 2$ off coupon. I had have no issue paying the full amount but the comments and implications made by the staff member afterwards was not appreciated. I have no further business at this location. I should have known from the latest reviews from the past 6 months at this location that they have no respect for the customers.

  Showed up to get a sandwich at 7:44 went to pull the handle knocked on the door completely ignored. They don’t close till 8 o’clock. Waved at the employee looked at completely ignored. I usually don’t get upset over these type of things, but certain businesses should turn off the open sign when they’re not open understandably can close early, but if you’re gonna have the open side on, make sure no one is under the assumption you were open will never come Back.
