  Hi, today I had gone into the Subway on Rio grande and the gentleman that was working gave me one of the best experiences I've had at a subway. I was greeted and when I had gone to order my sandwich you guys were out of the grilled chicken and he went to the fridge to prep more, meanwhile more people kept filing into the store, so I didn't want to be rude to others and told him it's ok don't worry about it. And he had already finished chopping when I said that, he's a beast! And while he was prepping my sandwiches he had told me that he was actually supposed to be out of there 2 hours prior, and he was still super nice and did an amazing job! I unfortunately didn't get his name, because I had assumed it would be on the receipt, but I really hope he gets the recognition he deserves. I hope you all have a great day and i will be back for sure!

  I had written off Subway completely after bad experiences at multiple other locations. But since this one is just a few blocks from my house, I gave it one last chance, and it’s now the only Subway I’ll ever go to. The place was spotless, the chips were all stocked, and all the meats and toppings were fresh and fully loaded. What really blew me away was the customer service. We were helped by Xavier, and dang, his service was incredible! He was so friendly, personable, and genuine. This really made the visit special. The team here are truly Sandwich Artists. They make the sandwiches look like they belong in a commercial, and you can tell they're made like the employees care. I’m so grateful to have a Subway I can actually enjoy again right in my neighborhood. Huge kudos to Xavier for the amazing service and making us loyal regulars! Im typing this review in the lobby and honestly I cant wait to come back.

  Best Subway experience Ive had! Customer service was on point, I was attended to quickly and with kindness. I liked that they gave me an option to eat in house or to go, and I appreciated that they gave me information on the deals happening that day. The lobby was immaculate and so was the food service area and the employee work area. The employees were kind to one another and seemed to work well together. The food was great; everything was fresh and they followed my directions on how I wanted my sandwich perfectly. I used to work at Subway and this location goes above and beyond the standards required. I could tell they have a good baker, as the cookies and bread that they make in house were perfect. Best Subway in Albuquerque!
