  So my sandwich was good and my brief interaction w staff was good. But I ordered 4 sandwiches online and some how every sandwich had something wrong with it. Which is funny because I ordered all with the same bread and even that wasn’t consistent. How does that even happen? And it was empty in there. All that said I know it’s risky ordering online but still I’m not sure how my order got so messed up. Food was good and fresh and the lady was nice when I walked in, just annoyed with the order mishaps.

  You know, I don’t mind the lack of customer service but lack of cleanliness I can’t do. Went in with no other customers counters and prep area was filthy. Didn’t realize until after my sandwich was made , The employee didn’t change gloves. Watched her touch 5 other places (Computer, Keyboard, Sink) after making my sandwich and made the next persons sandwich with those same gloves. I couldn’t bring myself to eat my sandwich after. osuna and jefferson subway was way cleaner !!

  It was just an awful experience, for someone who rarely goes to this location. And will now more than likely avoid it. Employees were rude, one dressed in pajamas during lunch time. Let me not forget about the employee who left me with such a bad taste about this location. She made me feel like inconvenienced her whole day, the Indian girl is super rude and barley puts veggies

  I've been going to the subway for a while and then I stopped and I return back after a few months to find this location not as optimal as it was before. Before you can come in and smell cleanliness, now everything looks dirty it's like the people working there don't make an effort to make everything look nice for customers. I'm going to have to find somewhere else to go. It's so sad I hope management can realize that and do something about it

  It was just an awful experience, for someone who rarely goes to this location. And will now more than likely avoid it. Employees were rude, one dressed in pajamas during lunch time. Let me not forget about the employee who left me with such a bad taste about this location. She made me feel like inconvenienced her whole day, by helping me with my coupon discount. Only to let a friend or family member who was behind me, walk out with a free sandwich, and chips.
