  Both of the owners, Kristy and Eladio, have helped me so much to save on my home and car insurance. They go above and beyond if u have a question -- and they proactively look for savings for your policy, and not just when you first sign up. When I called with a general question recently, Kristy noticed I could get more auto coverage for just 30 cents. Great people :)

  Kristy and her team have no clue what customer service is. I was with allstate for a while but switched companies because of Kristy's attitude a while back and in February got a call to switch and it would be lower & what not. Decided to give them another chance and was surprised and let down that I was still connected to this office. I called to modify my policies and got no where with her and her attitude. I will now cancel completely and go with the competitors who have excellent customer service. I'm not surprised with all these reviews, I am surprised she's still in business.
