  I recently visited the store and had a very positive experience. There were no issues during my visit, and the store manager was both friendly and helpful. Their welcoming attitude made the overall shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.

  If U have a ready to mail parcel, U can just pop it into the box located on the center of the floor, if they're busy, or U dont feel like conversation. If U bring loose items they pack them for U, purchase necessary for the envelope ✉️ or mailing bag!

  I needed to return 2 items I had purchased and I tried FedEx drop off for the first time. NEVER AGAIN! The woman did not know what she was doing, she scanned both of my return codes and printed one label. She put both items in one bag and when I asked her if there needed to be 2 stickers/bags she said “No the items are going to the same place.” Ultimately, I was refunded for one item and the other item still shows I need to drop it off. I’m out $40 for her incompetence. I called and the assistant manager, who told me to email the manager. I emailed them and never heard back. I will never go to this place again! Use Staples for all your returns- or even the dang post office at this point. I’m so upset!

  Fast friendly service. They can take care of all your shipping and printing needs or they can show you how to print it yourself on their machine

  Had a great experience at this FedEx today. I worked with Mitch who helped me figure out a complicated shipping issue with vintage art. He was so knowledgeable, had great customer service, and helped get me what I needed. Thank you!
