  I think they have the best costumer service… if they aren’t slammed they greet you immediately and professionally help you put your package together and use the kiosk to print you receipt.

  Just left the store because your staff would not accept package that was correctly packed. She kept saying it has to have 2” of bubble wrap. It had over 2” of bubble wrap. Horrible service, so I took my package to another facility and no issue.

  I had a large suitcase I was returning and it required quite a large box. Mitch took a few seconds and measured and immediately knew the size of box it would require. The entire experience from entering the door to exiting the door was done, most effeciently by Mitch and took less than 10 minutes! I will defintely be back next time I need to ship something. Great Service!

  I don’t know the man’s name who helped me but he was working all day on Sunday. He was getting slammed when I went in and was polite and helpful to every single individual. I needed some papers binded for an interview I had the next day. I waited until right before closing to pick them up and when I got them I realized the formatting was wrong…. The gentleman remade them all for me before closing. God sent. Saved me a night of stressing about my papers instead of my interview. Thank you. Thank you for being so kind. Thank you!!!!! I hope he gets recognized because people just don’t go out of their way like that anymore.
