  Save yourself the hassle and just take your package over to the Renaissance FedEx. The entire job of the clerk here is to find a reason to refuse to take your package or collect a $40 repacking fee. I have gone in numerous times and just been told that they can't take it and to take it to the Renaissance center. Hopefully some day they just close this location.

  Trinity was amazing, she was fast efficient and her friendly personality is exactly what every store owner should strive for and want!! Give that girl a raise, and have her train others ✌🏻

  Went in to print a bill of sale, rented 10 minutes of computer time, which would have been more than enough. Filled out the bill of sale, had about 6 minutes to spare. Hit print, waited a bit, walked to printer, and it was open, with no ink inside. Walked over to let the girl at the counter know and she said I now had to save it, log into my email and email so she could get it printed at another printer, I now have 60 seconds left. Try hard as I can, the system logs me out right as I am about to hit send. I let her know, she walked back up front and continued to do what she was doing. Fed ex, I literally walked into to your business, handed you 10 dollars, and got nothing out of it, no credit for time wasted, not even an offer. This is one of many reason we dont use you to ship woth the business I have.
