  Incredibly unhelpful staff, appeared disinterested in providing assistance at all. Entire reason I was there at all was due to their delivery driver's being incapable of properly delivering a package. Reading through the reviews on this store I noticed most of the 5 stars are from accounts with only review. Very suspicious.

  I have been using this FedEx location for the past 4 years, and unfortunately, today 8/19/2026. I had one of the worst customer-service experiences I’ve ever had here. The employee, Daniella, was extremely rude and spoke to me in a disrespectful and condescending way, as if I were a child. My husband and I came in simply to print some papers and ask for assistance, but instead of being helpful, she was rude and dismissive toward both of us. While we were standing there needing assistance, Daniella went behind the counter and began laughing and talking with her coworker while we were waiting for help. We felt completely ignored and disrespected. After being a customer here for 4 years, I was very disappointed by this experience. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy, patience, and professionalism. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the way customers are being treated at this location.

  Quick friendly attention and a greeting when I walked in. Service was fast and I was helped as soon as other customers were done. I like this location for that.
