  Went in to pick up a package and the ladies there were straight up mean and very unhelpful. Should not have been this difficult to pick up a package.

  I visited this FedEx Office location to return a prepaid Foot Locker package using a FedEx QR code. This is a standard FedEx return process where the QR code is scanned and the label is printed in-store. However, the staff member refused to scan it and insisted that I email the document to them instead, which is not part of the official FedEx return procedure. When I tried to clarify, the response was dismissive and unprofessional, and I was even laughed at for “not understanding,” and was given one contact card to email them the QR code file, which made the experience very uncomfortable. The issue wasn’t the return itself — it was the attitude and the lack of familiarity with a basic FedEx service. I hope the management can provide proper training on QR code returns and customer service. No customer should feel disrespected for asking a simple question about a standard FedEx process.
