  *avoid this location if you are in a rush* EMPLOYEES ARE FAST AND EFFICIENT! IT IS NOT THEIR JOB TO SHOW YOU HOW TO USE YOUR MOBILE TECHNOLOGY! Please learn how to do so before walking in! This location gets packed up due to: limited staff also ignorant & impatient customers.

  It was noon and I had already had a terrible Friday up to this point! I was greeted with a huge smile from Leticia and everything got better from that point on. She was extremely courteous, exceedingly knowledgeable and most of all efficient. The whole team here is great, but Leticia made my day! Thanks team!

  I would like to acknowledge the outstanding customer service from FedEx agent named Leticia, who went way above and beyond in helping me with a shipment. I spent 45 minutes online and on the phone, attempting to leave positive feedback with corporate folks, but in the end I was left frustrated and unsuccessful. Thanks again, Leticia.

  A joke that FedEx keeps this location open. It’s a gossip center for two employees who publicly share their tragic lives. Asked one female native employee to help with a scan, it pained her to burn a few calories to roll over to the scanner to do her job and assist. Many people in line waiting while they cackled like schoolgirls waiting for a date. Don’t bother wasting time, opt for another business.
