  I went in for having some name tags printed around 4:45 wednesday 8/4/26 and it was an excellent experience. The staff was very helpful. The girl who worked on my file enhancement and prints were very knowledgeable and efficient. What she did to re-size my pictures would take me a long time to do myself. I truly appreciate the professionalism & cleanness of this place. Their pricing is very reasonable. I would have waited 2 days to have my prints done at Staples but this Fedex location got mine done right away. Highly recommend this place!

  Their self-print stations advertise that they work with USBs but they do not. You have to pay an extra service fee for someone behind the desk to help you.

  I cannot say enough good things about the team at this location! I recently came in to send over 20 different parcels to completely different addresses. As you can imagine, it was a massive task, but TJ went above and beyond to get it done. He even stayed over an hour and a half after closing to make sure every single package was processed and sent priority. Even after tackling all of that, TJ spent extra care wrapping up a special birthday package for my dad. I also need to give a shout out to James, the manager, who was also outstanding. He assisted throughout the process and took extra care to ensure all of my specific instructions were perfectly met. True phenomenal service by incredible people who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you so much, TJ and James, for your hard work and going the extra mile!

  The Fedex office on Juan Tabo and Menaul Technician: Joey My printer broke and there were three documents I needed to print. I'll be the first to tell you I'm not very good with computers and cell phones. I thought I would give them a try. It was about 10AM Monday. I was the only one there. I had my laptop with me. Joey asked what it was that I needed and I told him I had documents on my computer, and could he print them some way. He explained how, showed me how to do it on my computer by sending them an email with the enclosures, and bam! It was done. Joey is a great guy. He was helpful considerate and patient with me, and got me out of a jam.
