  I was sending something very important back to a family member and the guy working took the time to ensure it was carefully wrapped and was just incredibly kind.

  Watch out— there’s a sassy man that works here that’s “FORCED” to do his job. Apparently explaining how the printers work to people having problems with them is “so exhausting”, he had to shout it across the room to us. I understand working is hard— but yelling about it in front of customers is so unprofessional and embarrassing. Won’t be coming back.
