  Had service with Cricket for a good number of years but decided to switch service with Consumer Cellular. I drove to the one center located in Target and asked if she could unlock my phone as I had service with them, she said only Cricket could so I drove to the Cricket location where I bought the in 2024. The guy working there said he could not as I had already switched service, so out of luck! I drove back to the Target store and told the girl what I was informed about my phone lock, so had no choice but to purchase a new one. Both sales reps liars at Cricket on Coors Blvd NW and Target on a North Coors Blvd locations 🤬! I looked up about locked phones saw a video how to do it. It was so simple, wish I had known this before told I need to purchase a new phone. 📵💲So buyer beware!!!

  The store and employees are nice it's the area of town this store is in that will cause me not to go there

  Brianna was extremely patient, kind and helpful with my boyfriend and I with all our price questions about the iPhones and she went beyond by going to another location to get another iPhone that they didn’t have at their location. She didn’t have to do that but I really appreciated that. She just made our whole experience smooth and perfect! Thank you.
