  Visited on 2/21/26 all I had was some questions about getting Internet service....the clerk was too busy watching his phone. Been a cricket customer for over 8 years, after this considering changing services

  I visited this Cricket Wireless store on 12/28 and had a very disappointing experience. There was only one employee working and I was the only customer in the store. I greeted him and clearly explained what phones and plan I was looking for for my family. Unfortunately, I never got his name since he wasn’t wearing a name tag but he was wearing a christian shirt with a Psalms bible verse and wearing a cross necklace. From the beginning, he seemed irritated and annoyed that I was asking questions or wanting to look at different phone options. His responses were short, dismissive, and he spoke to me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and belittled, as if I was wasting his time. Earlier that same day, I had visited a different Cricket location and was quoted $215 for the same service. When I asked for the same plan at this store, the price suddenly jumped to almost $300 which did not make any sense. The employee tried to present it as though he was giving me discounts and cutting activation fees in half, but it felt misleading and untrustworthy compared to what I had already been quoted. Between the unexpected price increase and the rude, unprofessional attitude, I chose not to move forward with service. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to others. Customer service matters, especially when making an important purchase for your family
