  Taking advantage of senior citizens and VETERANS is the lowest form of scum. I just got back from a cruise and last Monday my dad went in to get a new phone, The lady who sold him the phone scammed him out of an extra $75 for earbuds. The manager was telling the person who took him down there to get the phone about how the girls got together in the back to scam another senior citizen out of $100 speaker because the old guy was hitting on one of them. My dad has dementia and Alzheimer's. I will be calling the attorney generals office and coming in for the receipt they conveniently did not give him. Every employee at the location needs to be fired.

  Horrible service from the short girl. I came in looking for a specific phone and after going to 2 other stores she refused to help me. There were no other customers and she didn't want to do her job and call the only other store I had not been to that morning. I left and got my phone from another store. Very unhelpful, rude, condescending and probably shouldn't be around the general public if she doesn't know how to act professional.
