  The girl today was actually really helpful at explaining what I had to do to get my phone set up. Showed me some good options and I ended up being pretty happy with the purchase.

  While Cricket has been good to me for years, DO NOT USE THIS STORE !! They lie, cheat and steal. Lesley added the protection plan AFTER I told her I did not want it ! When I returned a new, replacement phone within 24 hours, they told me I could not return the accessories for that specific phone in which the boxes had NOT even been opened. The manager, Gabby, said it was Crickets policy -- LIE...NOT SO - I spoke with Cricket customer service and they told me they will be looking into this store and their actions. They told me to take the accessories back to store and tell them. I said nope, I gave the store more than 5 chances to do it, and they wouldn't. Cricket refunded my money, I have the accessories I don't need and the store is being watched. Again, DO NOT USE THIS STORE !!

  Terrible customer service!! Went by around 2pm and only one customer ahead of myself. Lady said it would be a little while. 25 minutes later told me that it was going to be awhile more. She was on phone with someone from different store asking questions she should know. Decided to leave and come back. Returned ar ound 4 and still only one customer ahead of me and told me it would be around 15 minutes. 10/15 minutes later, she said it would be awhile more. I get it if there were multiple customers, but only one other each time! She seemed put off and didn't want to help! Never going to this store again!! Ridiculous!!
