  I ordered a battery for delivery before they even opened at 9am. I didn’t receive anything all day so I decided to call around 4pm. They told me I’d get it within the hour. Nothing. I called back, they asked if I wanted to swing by for it …worthless service.

  I called and spoke to someone, told them I was on my way, took me 5 minutes to be there, drove up 45 minutes to close, and the lights are off and doors locked. Don't know why lie about "YEA COME ON DOWN AND WE WILL HELP YOU" wasted my time when I could have taken my business somewhere else. I will never cone here again.

  Amy sold me a used part didn't check it and then blamed it on the warehouse she said that we can exchange the part though no problem. When I show up to the store later for the exchange Amy says she has no idea what's going on shrugs and walks away. Is this some sort of scam where they're giving old garbage parts to customers and then returning the new one so their inventory makes sense I would like to speak to the general manager thank you

  Needed a new battery for my Honda crv touring. Went to AutoZone last time because it's closer, they have no respect for your vehicle, they broke one of the special thread protectors, and their batteries are not that great. Thought I would try Advanced they are not that much further. They were very friendly, installed the new AGM battery quickly, but with great care, this is my go to place from now on.
