  They have consistently marked orders as ready for pick-up 15-20 minutes before they are actually ready. There was even one time I waited for 12 minutes after it was marked as ready and went up and asked them about it and they said the food was still in the deep fryer! This is absolutely ridiculous. The fries are also disgusting and WAYYYY overseasoned.

  So I had a pickup order and I walk in one of the workers walks up and gives someone their order, they see me and then just go back to whatever they were doing. No hello, have you been helped. It would have been not so bad if the wings were at least decent. The bbq wings are maybe a 6 out of 10 and the lemon pepper ones a 3 out of 10, like where is the lemon pepper?

  Once in a while an order will get messed up, one time it was the entire order. Rn I recieved 9 out of 10 wings. Most of the time, it does hit ngl. Still 2 stars
