  I had a terrible experience at this UPS Store. I asked Paul how much it would cost to print a shipping label, and he told me 25 cents. After he printed the label, taped it to my package, and got everything ready, he told me the total was actually $4.75. When I told him I would not have done it if I had known the real cost upfront, he argued that the 25 cents was for something different. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he ripped the label off my package and threw the package back at me. The issue isn’t even the money, it’s the fact that I was given the wrong information and then treated disrespectfully when I questioned it. Very poor customer service.

  They are in the business of taking returns but they don’t take returns on their OVERPRICED packing items. That’s great business practice.
