    I completely agree with the 1 star reviews especially if they were as of lately and it’s the same lady they’re talking about, she turned my footlong into a weapon, hard as a rock to to the touch, she toasted the bread for 45 seconds, I saw her myself, terrible attitude, subway do better.

    I’ve been coming to this Subway for a long time, and it used to be a reliable spot for a quick meal. Unfortunately, the customer service has gotten unbelievably bad. There’s a female worker there who is consistently rude and clearly doesn’t want to help customers. On my last visit, she tried to overcharge us for our sandwiches and then lied about the price when I questioned it, all because she didn’t want to accept my coupon. That’s completely unacceptable. I’ve overlooked things in the past because I’ve always dined here, but this was the final straw. I won’t be coming back. Honestly, I highly recommend just going to the Subway in Totowa instead—it’s only about 5 minutes away and the difference is night and day. Better service, better food quality, and they actually give proper portions.

    I’ve been coming to this Subway forever, but yeah… I’m done. The customer service is terrible, especially this one female worker who clearly hates her job. She was rude the whole time and then tried to overcharge us and straight up lied about the price when we called it out—all because she didn’t feel like accepting a coupon. That’s not just bad service, that’s shady. I gave this place plenty of chances, but I’m not coming back. Do yourself a favor and just drive 5 minutes to the Subway in Totowa instead—better food, bigger portions, and people who actually know how to treat customers.

    As a long-time customer of this location, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I recently experienced. There is a female employee who was particularly rude and unprofessional throughout our visit. More concerning, she attempted to charge us more than the correct price for our sandwiches and provided misleading information when questioned, seemingly to avoid honoring a valid coupon. This type of behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the establishment. I have dined here regularly in the past, but after this experience, I will not be returning. I would instead recommend visiting the Subway in Totowa, which is only a short drive away. The quality of both the food and the service there is significantly better, and portions are much more reasonable.

    I used to LOVE coming here, like this was always my go-to spot, but I’m honestly so done after what happened. There’s a lady who works there who is incredibly rude for no reason. She had an attitude the entire time and then literally tried to charge us more for our sandwiches and made up a price when we questioned it just because she didn’t want to take my coupon. It felt so dishonest and uncomfortable. I’ve eaten here so many times, but after this? Never again. Save yourself the frustration and just go to the Subway in Totowa—it’s like 5 minutes away and SO much better. The food is actually good, the portions are bigger, and the workers treat you like a normal human being.
