Came in & walked to the register. Waited while employee say behind register intentionally not looking up as to not have to take my order. As I was leaving another associate came out & overheard them asking the employee that ignored me what happened. Don’t hire people that can’t interact with ALL types of people.

Not 1 not 2 but 3x’ in a row I order 15 wings for pickup, and directly asked the woman if I could get more than just 3 flats.she said okay but when I got home,,once again out of 15 I only had 4 flats.Even called back and complained to her.Not sure if I’ll ever go back to that store.

Got the hickory smoke BBQ regular wings, very good. Would've been 5 stars but I asked for all flats, and got a $2 upcharge, but still got drumsticks in the order. Also, if you use Fetch to track receipts, make sure you get one, I didnt. Realized when I got to car, went back in, counter staff had a hard time producing one on paper, but was able to figure it out, which got me 2,000 points in the app (IYKYK) Fetch running special on buy 1 sandwich, get 4,000 points now until 12/20
