  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this UPS Store. When I arrived, I simply asked the employee to purchase a box so I could pack my own package. At no point did she explain that she would be responsible for packing or sealing it. When she refused to seal my valuable package in front of me, I offered to do it myself to avoid any further delays. However, she refused, claiming that I had paid for a packing service and therefore she had to do it herself. This was never explained to me, and I had only asked to purchase a box. I was patient and gave her time for the line to get shorter, but more customers kept arriving, and she continued assisting them while leaving my package unpacked and unsealed in a corner. What made the situation worse was her extremely rude attitude. She spoke to me disrespectfully and walked away while I was still speaking. I am requesting that management review the store’s security camera footage, as the interaction took place inside the store and may have been recorded. Most importantly, I am extremely concerned about the safety of my valuable item and whether it will be properly packed, sealed, and shipped on time. I am requesting an immediate investigation, confirmation of my package’s condition and shipping status, and a response from the store owner or management. No customer should have to experience this level of disrespect or uncertainty when trusting UPS with a valuable package.

  Got charged $29 to send an envelope from Woodbridge NJ to Jersey City, NJ. This includes a $7 fuel surcharge. Edit: I intially gave 1 star but store owner called personally to explain this is a UPS issue and not a store issue. So changing to 5 stars only to acknowledge the care/concern shown by the store owner. I still think the pricing is outrageous. USPS would send out the envelope for a fraction of the cost.

  I recently visited this store to get a banner and some printing done, and I was very impressed with the service. The staff helped me choose the right design and made sure everything looked exactly the way I wanted. The banner quality was excellent, the printing was clear and professional, and the pricing was reasonable.
