  The line moves fast and the staff are helpful, but actual results are mixed. I recently shipped a Playstation 5 here, and paid extra for a separate shipping box to go over the game console’s retail box. It was shipped to my friend's house without that, so it was a very obvious Playstation 5, in its retail box, with a label on it. Luckily it got there without any issue, but that's basically asking for damage or theft along the way.

  The people here are always super helpful. The amount of times I’ve shown up with a package meant for FedEx or the Postal Service is embarrassing. But they are always more than happy to print my label and point me in the right direction.

  I Just had yet another fabulous experience with the staff here, I returned a really odd item. Rather than telling me to go home and repack the item, the staff member at the store was able to reuse packaging from another return I had made and helped me, making my experience very easy!! She didn’t have to make my day that much easier but she did!
