I came in on sunday to drop off a package with a High Value Summary statment ($1000 insurance). Your employee told me they will not sign it and the insurance wouldn't be valid if unsigned and that I need to call a driver to pick it up. I scheduled a pickup for Monday, but just called my local UPS store in Cranford and they told me that is NOT the case. That they can take the package and will collect the High Value Summary and have the driver sign it and then I can pick up the summary the next day.

I can't say that this was the most friendly staff I've met. I walked in to give my package said my hellos and received a gruff response. I definitely recommend customer service training.

Grumpy, unhelpful workers. Amazon return instructions said package the two items for return and gave me one code to do so. The guy said he needs 1 code for each item and wouldn't take the return, despite the QR code saying there are 2 items. Luckily, another customer stepped in with a suggestion which solved the issue. Then the UPS guy charged me $3 to tape my two boxes together. Terrible customer service.

The WORST customer service experience. If you need a notary, be sure to go to UPS in Cranford or Kenilworth. Michael was very unprofessional in how he speaks (demeaning) to customers. He is providing a service which is at a cost so he should understand how to speak to customers and inform them of their requirements to notarize instead of assuming the customer is aware. I will not be returning for any services at this location.

Rude employee insisted he could not print my UPS label unless I was shipping it from the store!! He needs to be retrained!! I called UPS more than once to be sure that a label CAN be printed!! They don’t know why he told me otherwise!!
