  BAD RUDE BEHAVIOUR by BEN, On 13 aug morning. around 9:30,i ran across Ben at this UPS location who was unruly in his actions. i gave him papers to ship and he was involved in very mean rant that does not reflect UPS. UPS Must EMPLOY better employees because they hurt the Brand of the company. I will stop using UPS and use Fedex. is it worth facing such rude behaviors or use an alternative. I hope UPS look at the review and take corrective actions

  I went to this UPS Store to return an Amazon item, and the employee told me it would cost $80 just for a box. After I left, I went to the UPS Store in East Windsor and explained what had happened. They were surprised by the price I had been quoted, as their box prices were much lower. This store's packaging prices are significantly higher than those at other UPS Stores. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.

  was ignored for like 10 minutes, while attendant was running to the back and "busy" when i was finally taken care of, was a rush and attendant seemed bothered.
