I visited on 7/1 around 7:30 PM, and unfortunately, this was the worst experiences I've had at a Subway to date.
When I walked in, there was nobody in the front. The employee who eventually came out appeared unhappy and uninterested in being there. The service was extremely slow, and it honestly felt like the store was already shutting down for the night despite it only being 7:30.
The biggest issue was the quality of the sandwich preparation. The cheese was placed on the bread instead of the meat, the mayo wasn't spread evenly, there was an excessive amount of sauce, and it ended up everywhere. Several sauces also weren't available, because they were in the back. The sandwich was put together so poorly that I ended up throwing away half of it.
What really bothered me, though, was watching the employee use her gloved hands to pick debris out of the toppings while preparing my order. That seems like something that should be taken care of before customers arrive, not while making someone's sandwich.
I've gone to Subway in the past because of the convenience, but there's no convenience in paying for food that isn't made properly. At this point, it makes more sense to buy the ingredients and make the sandwich myself.
This was a complete waste of money, and I won't be returning. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
