  I really like the phones Cricket has to offer as well as their plans and coverage. I live in a basement and cricket's coverage is amazing. I've used other services and have always found issues with dropped calls and over billing but since I switched to Cricket back in 2015, I've remained a continuous customer. I am very happy with all Cricket has to offer. I didn't give the full 5 stars only because they really need to watch out for who they hire. Many locations have employed people with attitude and rudeness problems. I joke around by saying that those bad employees are just trying to make the company look bad so they can receive a payout from other companies by having customers switch over to their companies. A conspiracy maybe? Haha!
