  You can’t even go here to do a simple Amazon return without these sleazy guys trying to charge you for a box or tape because they are saying it’s required. This doesn’t happen at other UPS stores. Ridiculous and disgusting.

  Today I was treated like my time and money are worthless at this ups location. And as I told the guy that treated me like that, when he gave me the I don't care look when I told him that I was not going back there,treat others the way that you would like to be treated. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION

  7/22 3:20 pm Dude really Charged me 5$ because a box didn't close perfectly and he had to use tape... ridiculous he was not friendly at all... I'm like it closes what's the problem don't you have to tape it anyway... he said yea that's why i'm charging you.. ridiculous he was actually not gnna take it and make me take it back home to put tape on it in all my years of using ups i have never ever had a issue like this before..
