My battery started acting up and then I went here and Hal The manager at the time I asked to replace my battery because it was under warranty but he couldn’t replace it so he say because it was two months out of warranty so he say if you’re even one day Over The warranty they won’t honor it

I needed a new car battery because mine had died and had corrosion. I live about 45 min from home from this shop. The employees were absolutely friendly, kind, and accommodating not only to me but also with other guests as observed. Mr. Pat helped me select the batteries i needed for my car and recommended which battery would be best. He didn’t try to sell me anything extra. He was straight to the point. Mr. Jeff installed my batteries. He got rid of the corrosion and was very patient and knowledgeable. They were also very friendly and helpful with the other customers from what i observed and thanked the customers for being patient. Great customer service provided by these two gentleman. Im so happy i went to this shop. Highly recommend
