You mailed me a picture of my own home. No thank you. Do you realize how creepy that is? You went through the trouble of somehow finding my name and address, finding a picture of my home, saving it to print on a letter, then mailing it to me. You need to rethink your strategy here. Do not ever contact me again.
There was a time when the agent was there to serve the customer. Nowadays the customer is their last priority. As they exist only to serve their stockholders.
No customer service whatsoever here!
Less than useless. In fact they've caused more harm and headaches than they're worth.
Everytime I turn around there is a price increase,and there explanation of it is not convincing.
I worked with Fawn Rae for getting a quote on home, car and umbrella coverage. She was very detailed with questions on coverage and discounts that I never even thought about. At the end she presented me with a good fair quote and assisted setting up all the recurring billing.
When I walked out, I had the coverage I needed, and I don't even have to anything to set up future billing! Great customer service.
