This store repeatedly tries to sell extra boxing for Amazon returns that are already properly packaged, even though Amazon says it’s not required. This place is notorious for it. Despite the package being correctly boxed and labeled per Amazon’s return requirements, he refused to accept the drop-off. Take your business elsewhere!

Very bad customer service. The employee rolled their eyes at a simple customer request and kept AirPods in their ears the entire time. It was clear they didn’t value customers at all, which is honestly very sad.
