  My battery died. Started the car with the jump starter, came to that place, paid for the battery, and it was installed right away. No wait, great service, a lot cheaper that to go to Toyota service center, and - you get a warranty.

  After getting home I realized this store added protection plan to my bill after I said no. Check your receipts people they just add this stuff on without your concent hoping that most people won't notice 2 dollars

  I needed a part for my car quick, and saw advance auto had it in stock at the location. When I arrived, I first asked whoever was working there where I could find the part, along with showing him the part I needed and the part number from my phone. He told me to look at a section of shelves. I went and looked and it wasn’t there. I told him it’s not there, and he told me that they must be out of stock or the system is wrong. I continued looking due to the urgency of this part. I figured if it was out of stock, I would at least see where it’s hung up with the part number. I looked for another 15 min or so, when I couldn’t find where it would be if it was in stock. I told him this and he looked it up on the system, for the second time, and he the said that they only have this part in the back warehouse. So already just wasted 30 min finding every shelf. He leaves for another 10 min, and comes back saying that they don’t have it. I asked whether they don’t carry the part all together or if they’re out of stock. He said it’s in stock, but he can’t find where it would be in the back. Management - How do you have a warehouse of parts in the back, with employees unable to find it? Where is training? Where is inventory management? I went to Autozone, and the worker was able to retrieve it from the back instantly. I wasted a whole trip because the worker couldn’t find the part, that was in stock. The worker was very nice and tried his best, and shouldn’t be faulted. But in the nicest way, he smelled really bad. Can you guys enforce hygiene policies for your customer facing employees?
