  My daughter went in to pick up her food and pay with a VISA gift card. The girl at the register wouldn't take the gift card because it had no chip. The manager came over, said something in Spanish and walked away. She ended up having to pay with her debit card and couldn't use her gift. Disappointing level of service

  I wanted to give a HUGE shout-out to Andres, the shift manager, and Maura from the evening shift who went above and beyond in their service. After a mishap from a previous order of ours, they were able to make it up to us by honoring a generous offer that was provided weeks ago WITH EVIDENT PROOF that communicated an offer. They were willing to work with us, communicate that a mistake like that isn’t taken lightly, and they would take the proper steps to ensure it didn’t happen again. Andres and Maura worked together to come up with a proper solution; Maura had an incredibly welcoming attitude to her and made it extremely easy to communicate our concerns and take our order. Andres showed great enthusiasm/willingness as a shift manager to fix errors. Overall, they made this entire process smooth and deserve the recognition for working above and beyond to resolve our issue. Wingstop needs to reward both of these individuals for being great team leaders!

  Had a really good experience at this Wingstop on Route 22 in Watchung. They accidentally forgot my fries, but when I noticed after getting to my destination, I called the store and spoke with Camilla. She was very nice, kind, and professional, and she let me come back and pick them up with no problem. Mistakes happen, but what really matters is how they’re handled, and Camilla handled it well. That’s what stood out to me most. It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish. Overall, great customer service, and I appreciate the way they made it right.” If you want, I can make it sound even more natural, more polished, or more like a real Google review people actually stop and read.
