Don't bother unless you enjoy sweating in a sauna
Came in on a 90 degree day and the AC was completely off. Like, really? The owner is clearly too cheap to run the air conditioning in the middle of June. I was literally dripping sweat just waiting in line — which was super long, by the way, because there was only ONE person working. One employee on a packed, boiling hot day. Come on.
And the staff that IS there? On their phones the whole time. Not helping customers, not doing anything useful — just scrolling away like the rest of us don't exist.
Oh and one of the workers keeps calling older women "miss" instead of "ma'am." I don't know if nobody told him that's rude but someone needs to, because it's pretty disrespectful honestly.
The only reason this isn't one star is because of the quiet soft-spoken kid who was working that day. That guy is genuinely so polite and helpful — he was the only one actually doing his job with a good attitude. Give that man a raise, seriously. He deserves way better.
Owner needs to get it together — turn on the AC, staff your location properly, and maybe teach your employees to put their phones down. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

Kenny is always there and always working stops what’s he doing and greats you and lines may look long but he moves them with his team as well. Thank you

Went to pick up my package this morning at the access point store, they told me my package was going to be re-delivered to my address. This is after my wife had attempted to pick up the package the day prior but because her last name isn’t changed they denied her the item. Even though our addresses match on our government issued ID and she had the email with the tracking and item number to show the person working. I then tracked my package after waiting all day and now it says the item is being returned to sender. No notification, I spoke to Kenny the manager this morning and he assured me it’s coming today. Now I have to contact the sender again to figure out how to get my item. I called a supervisor number and spoke to a Cathy who told me she was not able to give me a time range for delivery, when Kenny told me to call and ask for that specifically. Terrible service all around from UPS.
I’m never one to write a negative review but today I tried to pick up a package for my husband after UPS tried to deliver it to our house (came one time and didn’t ring the bell to let us know they were there). I get to the store and give the man my license and he said that even though my address matched I couldn’t pick it up because my last name is not the same. I asked if I could show him the email UPS sent me to come get the package he said no. Then I asked if my husband came first thing in the morning to get it could they hold it for him. He said no. Your policy and your customer service stink.
