  I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Akshar at UPS. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. What really stood out was how far he went out of his way to assist me and make sure everything was handled perfectly when it came to packaging and sending off packages to people. I am so grateful for him and no matter how busy, Akshar is ALWAYS courteous, polite, and helpful. It’s rare to come across someone with that level of patience, kindness, and customer service today. Akshar truly represents UPS in the best possible way and reflects very positively on the company. Employees like him are the reason customers continue coming back. Thank you again for such an excellent experience!

  I always have such a great experience at this UPS Store! The men at the counter are consistently kind, professional, and ready to help in any way they can. They make every visit quick, smooth, and stress-free, which I really appreciate. It’s nice to go somewhere where the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming every single time.
