  I do not recommend this UPS Store. I arrived with nine boxes, each under 50 lbs, about eight minutes before closing. Instead of being welcoming, the employee spoke to me in a rude and impatient manner, telling me to hurry. His accent was also very difficult to understand, which made communication even harder. I remained polite throughout the entire interaction and said “please” at the end of every request. Despite that, I felt like I was being scolded. After scanning the labels, the employee threw my heavy boxes into the back area instead of handling them with care. I was genuinely concerned that my packages could be damaged. I would not recommend this location because of the poor customer service, the difficulty communicating with the staff, and the lack of proper equipment. The carts available for moving heavy boxes were old and too small, making the process much more difficult than it should have been.

  Didn't let me know there wasn't an account under the phone number I gave (it was under a previous number) now I can't make any changes to my package. Also the store is giving out the wrong phone number on their receipts

  Last two times had issues. One-asked for general ground shipping- no speed. Soft envelope was less than half a pound and 2 x 3 inches. Was quoted $35 to NC. Two- asked to send 12x4x4 inch package maybe 1.5 pounds. Quoted almost $50 for general ground to CA. No care as to when it got there. Either something happened or they are scamming people at this site.
