  This place is convenient BUT they need to do something about Customer Service with this employee. Young Spanish girl with glasses. I work with Customer Service so I'm very polite my self. I walked in, no customers and I said, Hello! SHE IGNORED ME! So I said it AGAIN shaking my cellphone in front of her to get her attention then she looked at me and said Hi...I don't know if she had pods under her hair listening to music and didn't hear me but I was pretty out spoken is impossible she couldn't hear me the first time. Manager should address this. He's really nice person.

  Five stars for Lea! I was shipping a big load of clothes and shoes, and my original setup was going to be incredibly expensive. Lea was so patient and kind. She noticed the pricing issue and proactively suggested a more efficient box option to significantly lower my shipping costs. She then took the time to pack it all securely for me. Her kindness and customer-first attitude turned a stressful chore into a great experience. The management is lucky to have her, and I will definitely be coming back to this store! Thanks again Lea!

  This location is convenient for all mailing services. The employees are always friendly and helpful. It’s always clean in the store.

  I believe that the ups store on delsea drive is one of the most important stores that everyone needs around them. The ups store and its employees are not only helpful but it is also affordable there. I will encourage everyone I know to go to the ups store in order to get their packages or other mail ready. I can’t wait to go back and be greeted by the wonderful employees there!!!
