  They say it closes at 10 pm, but at 9:26 pm they locked the door and wouldn't let us in.

  MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD I am absolutely horrified. I found a sharp metal screw inside my sandwich today. I was halfway through my meal when I noticed something hard and metallic-it was an actual screw. This is an incredibly dangerous safety hazard. If I hadn't seen it, I could have easily choked or broken a tooth. It's clear there is a serious lack of equipment maintenance or quality control at this location. I've attached al photo so others can see what I found. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous. Please be extremely careful if you choose to eat here. I will be reporting this to the health department immediately.
