  This is my UPS Store of choice because the staff is always so friendly and welcoming! Even when I need notary services, the process is always smooth. It’s rarely too crowded, and even when it is, the staff works efficiently to make sure everyone is helped in a timely manner. Great customer service every time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Made an appt online for 9:30 for a document to be notarized. When I show up they tell me he won’t be in until 11. I ask for a manager and they say the person showing up at 11 is the manager. They had to refer me to another business across the street to get my document notarized. What is the point of scheduling an appt online if they don’t show up for work and that’s the so called manager. I needed this document by the end of day and now I’m running around trying to get this done. Never using this store again.
