  Ordered way ahead on the app and still had to stand around forever waiting for my food. What’s the point of ordering in advance if the order doesn’t even get started until you get there? The food’s good but the wait times are ridiculous every single time.

  The manager Mateo is very unprofessional and doesn’t want to do his job. I walked in the store and he didn’t want to take my order. 0/10 experience!!!!

  This happened a few days ago. The staff was working really hard doing the best they could during a busy shift. While they were all busy, the bald headed manager was on his phone, and could be overheard talking about something not work related while simultaneously treating his staff like garbage instead of helping them out. Bad look Wingstop. Treat your employees with dignity. This man was rude and crass and clearly is on a very high power trip. If I had recorded the incident I would have sent it straight to the news.
