  Big shout out to Megan! She jumped in to help me when the QR code from a vendor disappeared on my phone and no-one knew what to do. Well spoken, polite and patient, she saved the day.

  I encounter with Megan while I was doing business at the store . Her positive attitude that morning was so welcoming . She was very helping on showing me how to go about mailing my packages . She was very polite and knowledgeable. She was with a smile from the beginning to the end of her service , if I could of given her a higher rating I definitely would off .

  I had a great experience at this UPS location, especially because of the excellent customer service I received from Megan! She was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout my visit. She took the time to answer my questions and made the entire process quick and easy. It’s not every day that you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and takes pride in their work Megan definitely deserves recognition for their outstanding service. I truly appreciate the positive experience and will definitely be returning to this location!

  When I went to the UPS Store closest to my house, I was in a rush because my bank had just closed, and I had some Court documents that needed to be notarized right away. I called the store first, since it was after 5 pm, so I wanted to make sure that someone was still working who could handle what I needed. The person who answered the phone was pleasant, and quickly answered my questions. He stated that someone was still there who could notarize my documents. I believe the store closed at 6pm, and when I was on the phone with him, he obviously sensed the urgency in my voice because it was 530pm. He asked me where I was coming from, to make sure that I would get there before they closed. I told him that I lived 5 minutes away, and I was leaving my house in 2 minutes. I arrived with time to spare, and he completely what I needed done. The price was fair, and I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes, and both of the men working were very nice! I could not have received better service! Thank you so much!
