  I had a stroke a few months ago and I messed things up and miss Megan was so patient with me and helped me through my issues. I believe that she went above and beyond to help me while also helping other customers in n the store! She was so polite and helpful and should be commended!

  Megan was very helpful, kind and respectful. She made shipping sensitive items a great experience. Great customer service, friendly demeanor and we will definitely be back.

  I was at the store today to ship a 5lb box. The woman at the counter was rude and sarcastic. Insisted it was $80 to ship. And wanted to know what was in the box ( curtains). Her opinion was that they weren't worth returning. I wasn't there for life advice. I went elsewhere to ship it. She needs to be trained in customer service.

  Needing to drop off a few packages I was met swiftly at the counter. I didn’t tape up my boxes, my bad. Although I routinely go to FedEx with boxes not taped up. FedEx tapes them for me with no questions asked. Instead UPS said that I needed to buy a roll of tape and tape it up on my own. Customer satisfaction goes a long way. And with this poor customer satisfaction, I was compelled to share.
