  ARE YOU ABSOLUTELY KIDDING RN! i went in for a battery i bought online bc they said theyd put it in for me on the site " sorry my boss didnt show up today i cant put it in for you" my car cant be turned off i had to be jumped from roadside assistance... and i already bought it so now what? I called autozone and this sweet boy cole took his whole lunch break and put it in for me... expected nothing he said go bring the battery back to advanced for your 22$ so i did... they said sorry u owe us bc it never went thru even tho i have TWOOOOOO 215$ CHARGES TWO! I had to sit there for yet another hour ( funny how theres 100 people working now tho right but nobody when i needed the battery put in) so i had to sit on tve phone with their support and she actually just told me * call your bank bc we can only reverse ONE of the two* and i had to pay in cash along with those 2 cards or i wasnt leaving there anytime soon. How is any of this my damn fault but now i have to call my bank... and figure allthis out are u serious... and u wouldnt even Put it in for me smfh. They will NEVER EVER EVER EVER have me, or my entire family shopping there ever again and two of my family members own their own shops so theyll be spreading that word also. Now that my whole day off is absolutely ruined. I could cry rn
