  We had a lot of small items to return and it was done by the worker Jay. She was very helpful and made the process as smooth as possible.

  I visited the UPS store to ship a sealed kraft letter sized envelope advising there was no urgency for delivery and asking to send the cheapest method but needed a signature to confirm receipt of delivery and I asked about Ground Delivery. The employee (who was a woman) made very negative comments about the package probably not arriving to its destination, it getting destroyed, etc. I asked why and she said it would be on a conveyor belt with boxes and other packages. At no time was it suggested to perhaps use a UPS cardboard letter pack or maybe a small box or was comparison pricing provided to ship another method. I was concerned about the shipment but still paid for the service. After I left, I felt uneasy about the shipment and returned to the store about an hour later to cancel the shipment and retrieve the package. The same employee was still there and briefly spoke to another employee and they discussed my issue/concern. I stated it wasn't good business practice to state a $22.04 letter sized package probably wouldn't make it to its destination and then not suggest alternate packing materials, etc. If the probability of the package getting destroyed, not delivered, etc. is so high then why would UPS even offer that shipping method for letter packages? I promptly went to FedEx and for less money ($20.35) they provided a cardboard letter envelope with return receipt signature service with my package arriving today 5/11 after dropping off at FedEx at 6:15pm on 5/6.

  Prompt, courteous customer care. Everybody working there is friendly. I return or ship items from here regularly. The staff are very quick and efficient.
