  Absolutely awful experience. I came in very polite and calm. I asked the worker, Mo I believe is his name, for two 6 inch sandwiches BLT’s.The owner would not make them claiming that I can’t get whatever veggies I wanted on MY sandwiches. Argued with him for 5 minutes. Contact Subway Headquarters. Provided proof of what they said that I can indeed get whatever veggies and sauces I wanted on my sandwiches. He continued to argue with me until I took a picture of him and threatened to send an email to HR. Only then did he make my order. But had an awful attitude and barely toasted or put anything on my sandwiches. Took almost an extra 15 minutes of back and forth. Awful experience. Awful customer service. Awful management. Whatever happened to “the customer is always right”. Would never recommend anyone to go here again. Email from Subway Headquarters stated: Yes for the $3.99 Deli Faves at Subway, the sandwiches are fully customizable. That means you can usually: - Add any of the standard veggies (lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, green peppers, pickles, jalapeños, banana peppers, etc.) - Choose your bread - Have it toasted or not - Pick your sauces and seasonings The only catch is that extra meat, extra cheese, bacon, avocado, or other premium add-ons will cost extra.
