  They put that they open at 9:30am Saturdays but had me waiting past 10am. There was a line of 6 people just waiting for someone to open and they’re not punctual enough to open at 10am either. Find better staff and change your hours

  I used to love this store because they opened early (7:30am). The hours haven't changed, but the last 3 or 4 times I've been here, they opened 15-30 minutes late, so customers just stand around outside until they show up. Still a good store when it opens, but they need to either change the posted hours or start opening on time. Edit: They were still not open at about 8:05 when I left.

  The UPS Summit store seems to have changed ownership. They are clueless. They wanted to charge us $400 to send a 20-inch poster cardboard tube to Europe. Um no! I won’t be back until they get their act together. Frustrating.
