  Uneducated, rude customer service. Be thankful you have a job in this economy and don't be rude when the customer isn't being rude.

  Nav wouldn’t sell me a box unless I showed her what I was shipping. She tried opening the bag multiple times and I felt her attitude off putting. I was shipping an expensive item with a prepaid shipping label. I didn’t feel comfortable exposing the item nor was it something she had to do as I was shipping it myself - she was not packaging it. She said I had to show her in case there was drugs (insane as anyone can bring in a sealed box and do that). The fact she kept trying to open my bag to see inside is what made it disrespectful as I had already said I didn’t need to show her. She was incredibly rude and when I asked to speak to her manager she said she was the manager. I am hoping that’s not the case she has no business working in any job that requires customer service.

  I love this store because the service is prompt and efficient. I also use their printing services which are a self serve.

  Hoy fui hacer unas copias que en staples no me quisieron ayudar, y fui a la oficina de fedex en la ruta 22 y el chico de fedex (no pregunte su nombre) pero el trabaja domingos que servicio más profesional y amable de su parte,espero los jefes lo sepan que tienen un chico increíble.
