  When there is a problem It’s really just common sense for someone else who works there to step up to the plate to help out instead of letting the line get ridiculously long. You are better off going to kohls or the UPS store on Route 18 across from Walmart. They are way more efficient for Amazon returns. This store is terrible.

  I was trying to do an Amazon return. Associate greeted me after I stood there for 5 mins while she did other things. She came over to me (very unfriendly) and could not scan my usual barcode for the return. I do these returns all the time so I was confused. She tried twice then asked me to download the barcode. She just walked away to do other work with a line behind me waiting to be waited on. I never hooked up to the wifi. It kept saying the password was wrong. she was not helpful at all. I walked out without completing my return. I will not he returning to this location ever again! Stay away!!

  Used to be so nice to walk into this place when the older gentleman worked there. Unfortunately he has since retired and now you have to deal with the miserable manager. Incredibly rude & no customer service skills at all.
