  Came to drop off an Amazon package & didn’t notice I had to put it in a box. Came later that week with another return plus my original one. I must admit I drop the ball and didn’t put the label on the the new box. The lady could see my frustration but I simply stepped aside & followed her instructions so she could print it knowing it would be a dollar charge. A few moments later she printed out the paper and told me in the most sweetest way ever “don’t worry I’ll take it from here you’re all set” I guess she noticed I was having a day or noticed I came twice that week. Regardless, she really went above and beyond and was the sweetest person I encountered that day. So thank you for being kind & passing it along.

  Excellent customer service at UPS in Sparta, NJ . Shannon and Lisa were friendly and very helpful in packaging my return (area rug). Highly satisfied.

  A bit small and there's not a lot of room to move around , especially with all the people doing all the online orders , bringing all their boxes from the local houses where they live. So the wait time can be quite long at certain times of the day. The staff are a little stressed because of the amount of volume going in and out of this store. They could probably put one in Newton, New Jersey that would ease some of their burden and still make enough profit to make it worthwhile, but they just keep this small store.That's 25 minutes to 30 minutes away from Newton.As the only one in the local area. Other than at the staff tend to be pretty nice and helpful.

  The UPS Store in Sparta is great! Lisa the manager is fabulous.I have shipped several items over the past few weeks. I needed several documents notarized and Lisa took great care to make sure that everything was signed completely and accurateI needed the documents ASAP and they were very accommodating. If you need boxes, envelopes, copies, notary, and shipping, you have it all under on roof. Lisa and her staff are wonderful, friendly, and helpful.The store is always a busy hub and I can see why. The UPS Store in Sparta is top-notch. You get A-1 service with a smile. Thanks for being an asset the community.
