  Lisa at UPS provided outstanding notary service. She was quick, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and stress-free, answered my questions, and handled my documents efficiently. I truly appreciated her friendly attitude and excellent customer service.   I went with a very large amount of amazon returns, maybe 25-50. Lisa was so helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. She worked quickly and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Lisa was the best!

  If I could I will choose -5 star to this store , there is a long line anytime you walk in , no matter how many workers there. On top of this , there is no services whatsoever , I brought 5 big size boxes to ship this morning , to avoid long line I came in the morning , there was no customer , and 3 uniformed staffs in the store , not even one staff said greeting or offered help like holding the door or giving me a hand to bring the boxes into the store , they pretended not seeing me, sat there or looked to other way , I opened the door myself 5 times and carried every box in myself , all the staffs in this store took it as I was invisible ! I rather drive 10 miles extra to other store! This UPS store is the worst I ever been to!
