    instructions from Nike - return it in the box it came in - no problem Refused my box only to demand I put my box in another box. BUT they can charge me money to do it. just AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!

    Falta personal con experiencia, vine a devolver un paquete en dos caja como lo envío el vendedor y en la hora de devolución dice claramente que son 4 suspensiones de carro y el me está pidiendo una carta de devolución adicional de la que el vendedor me envió que el debió de enviar 2 hoja de devolución There is a lack of experienced staff. I came to return a package—consisting of two boxes, just as the seller sent it—containing four car suspension parts. Although the return details clearly state what the items are, the clerk is demanding an additional return letter beyond the one the seller provided; apparently, the seller should have sent two return sheets.

    “I recently visited this UPS location , and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The staff member on duty wasn’t very attentive or welcoming. Even though I provided my ID and tracking number, they told me my package wasn’t there. I explained I had a confirmation email and was sure it had arrived. After some back and forth, it turned out my package was indeed there, but the mistake wasn’t acknowledged. They simply retrieved it without an apology. I left feeling frustrated, especially since I had just moved here from another town where the service at the UPS Store was always top-notch. Given how expensive gas is, I’m glad I didn’t have to drive back and forth, but the whole situation could have been avoided. I truly hope this store improves its customer service, because first impressions matter.”

    This place could use a Amazon self service area. Business would operate at more efficiently and effectively considering the low staff availability.
