  A quick web search for a car battery pointed this store out with a great deal. Ordering is easy, i received a credit on the spot for the old battery and was on my way

  Very helpful staff. Generally reliable auto parts. Sometimes you just need a part right now and can't wait for delivery. You'll pay a little higher price than online for most items.

  Told employee I needed wipers blades to be put on my vehicle. He got me the parts and we made transaction. He then handed me the parts. I told him again I wanted the wiper blades put on my car. He ask person in charge if he could install or are they short handed. He told him not to as they were short handed. There was no one in the store. I returned the parts and left. Dont state you do services when you dont. This happened 7/ 19 at 2 pm. Never will return to this store.

  Don’t recommend this store. The manager is unprofessional. One of the staff member recommends me parts and mechanic said it will not work so I came back after two days for refund or exchange he denies to take it back.

  I wish I could give 0. Worst customer representative i ever encountered. I went to store to buy some filters for my cars. The guy found 3 out of 4 I was looking for in store. Said he can order the 4th one online and asked me to pick up next day. I paid for all 4, took the other 3 filters and went home. Next day I went to the store, other rep said he couldn't find it and asked me to come next day. 2 days later same issue. They said they are going to reorder and asked me to come back. I forgot abt the pickup for few days and went abt 10 days later and the original guy says to my face that I already picked it up. He keeps telling his side of the story and always calling my side of story as false. Didn't even check the transaction to find proof of delivery. Rudely and indirectly saying I am lying. Says he is the manager and never gave a chance to talk to anyone else. Worst part is I lost money and also looked at as a liar/cheater If you care for your money and peace of mind, do not go to this store at 911 Oak tree Rd, South Plainfield NJ Biggest lesson I learnt the hard way that I will never forget is to not pay upfront for the merchandise with these people and any other business..
