  I had the best and most humanizing experience at this store especially with Mr Jay Patel. I was very short on time for a print out I needed, in addition to having little clarity on the pixels, sharpness etc. Mr Patel went to great lengths speaking to his colleague and communicating with me regarding the print. It was with me on time and the quality was top-notch.

  I had an issue regarding a box that I shipped to Atlanta, GA on April 13, 2026 that should've been delivered on April 15th. Unbeknownst to my daughter or the other tenants, the Development's rental office, forward boxes shipped via UPS to a "Fetch" location!!!! We would never have known this if it were not for the help of this young man who called the Atlanta location and waited patiently as he was placed on hold several times!!! He then emailed her the information that he was given for the Atlanta location. Sad to say, but this type of GOOD customer service is very rare these days!!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!
