  Had a really great experience at this UPS Store. The staff was so nice, helpful, and patient with me. They made everything easy and were happy to answer my questions. You can tell they really care about their customers. Great service and great people—I’ll definitely be back!

  I had a wonderful experience at this UPS Store. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process very easy. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Great customer service and a very welcoming environment. I highly recommend this location!

  OMG Mr. Jay Patel has been so very kind to me. As his almost 70 year old customer he has walked me through all of my UPS items with patience and professionalism. I see he is the same with others as well. Some of my documents have been stressful - Legal, Social Security etc. and he has made the process simple with his kindness and support? Store 3621 is great!
