  Staff is always friendly and helpful but it's a small store and rarely more than one or two employees on staff so when it gets busy it can take a while.

  Romin and his professional staff make this a great place for shipping, faxes, laminating, printing, supplies, notary services, and even passport pictures. While we've used just about all of their services over the years shipping is the biggest thing we use them for. We've shipped all sorts of things, including "how are we going to ship this?" stuff and they always figure it out, give the different options and prices, and make sure it's packed properly to get where it needs to go safely. We've had a mailbox there for many, many years and have our online purchases sent there where they safely and securely hold them until we can pick them up, much to the dismay of porch pirates. If you're getting a phone or other important or critical items delivered this is the only way to go and very worth the cost of the mailbox. Very highly recommended.

  This store has THE best customer service. I’ve been going to this location for years for shipping, Amazon returns, printing, and even passport photos. Not only is the service itself excellent (“above & beyond”), I literally leave here with a smile on my face every single time. Shoutout to Nick, Shuan, & everyone who works here! Authentically nice humans.

  This is the place to go for any shipping needs, but is also one of the few places where you can still send faxes. Both Shawn and Nick are fantastic. They set a tone of warm welcome from the minute you walk in! They're efficient and organized as well. This is my go-to place from now on!
