  This store has THE best customer service. I’ve been going to this location for years for shipping, Amazon returns, printing, and even passport photos. Not only is the service itself excellent (“above & beyond”), I literally leave here with a smile on my face every single time. Shoutout to Nick, Shuan, & everyone who works here! Authentically nice humans.

  This is the place to go for any shipping needs, but is also one of the few places where you can still send faxes. Both Shawn and Nick are fantastic. They set a tone of warm welcome from the minute you walk in! They're efficient and organized as well. This is my go-to place from now on!

  I brought a return package in with a shipping label to be dropped off at UPS. I usually go to a different location but was in the area. The employee said that he would take my package but in the future it needs to be taped up. I told him I didn't know, the location i usually go has never told me this. I always thought they needed to confirm the item was in the box or something, but I guess it doesn't really matter. Anyway, he said that in the future, they'd have to charge me. I told him I'll just continue using the one closer to me and his response was, "that's fine, it's not like you're paying us anyway." Rude! Now I have to go give my UPS store 5 stars since they clearly know how to provide excellent customer service, and this one does not. Thanks for the free tape, I guess.

  I had a package that was ups carrier delivered to me that i wanted to refuse. The Indian guy at the desk kept telling me it's not ups package despite the fact that my label on the package said the carrier was ups. He still told me I'm not allowed to drop off my package there. Terrible service.
