I would like to express my (bad) experience at this subway with the lady at the counter. I went there at 3:30 pm on 06/15. Her behavior was highly unprofessional and inhumane as well.
Specifically she rolled her eyes, spoke to me in a raised voice, ignored my questions and made derogatory remarks. As a regular customer, I have always valued my experiences with Subway. However, this interaction was highly disappointing and made me feel entirely unwelcome. I urge you to review the security or register camera footage and address this behavior with the associate appropriately. I look forward to hearing back from you regarding how this matter is being handled.

Had a really great experience at this Subway location. The moment we walked in, the cleanliness immediately stood out. Everything was spotless, organized, and neatly arranged, which honestly made the whole environment feel welcoming and comfortable.A special shoutout to Catalina at the front who provided such beautiful hospitality from the second we came in. She was kind, pleasant, and attentive throughout our visit. We even complimented her on how clean and organized the restaurant was because you can truly tell she takes pride in maintaining the place.
It definitely made me feel much more comfortable ordering here compared to other Subway locations I’ve visited. Great customer service and a very clean atmosphere go a long way and this location delivered both.
Italian herbs and cheese bread was so stale I could barely eat it. Had to throw most of it out

There is only 1 employee and bunch of people waiting for their food. If you make money you should think about your customer and make the service fast. What is this?
