  Went in for parts and left as a loyal customer. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Jessica the manager made the experience worth the 3 trips in.

  Nothing, the team members were awesome and on point! They were very knowledgeable & they were also very observant! When testing my battery they noticed it was defective right away! And explained how unsafe it was for me to drive with it. I work constantly and have a large family in my family needs me, Safety is one of my main concerns while I’m working over the road! And because of them I bought a brand new battery and got rid of the defective one. That’s solve the problem and now my car is running perfectly!!!🤟🏾🤩🤩🤩🤩🤘🏽 they are Rockstars in my eyes. They also told me what codes were being coming up in my car, and it told me what I need to replace next to make sure my vehicle isn’t safe running order! I can’t think of enough. I usually drive 800 miles in a weekend after work a week running heavy equipment working long hours. I typically drive from New Jersey to Virginia every week or a day and a half to see my family. They are very happy and pleased as well because now they know that Dad is safe on the road!🥰. without my car I can’t work and make money for my family this is a hard economy with the war and everything that’s going on politically.. So I want to give a shout out to “Rick/Ricardo” & Jessica, for doing an excellent job and going above and beyond to help me and advise me on what to do and how to fix my vehicle and keep it in great running order. They even noticed that one of the bolts were my spark plug distributor was loose which is probably the cause of the misfiring that I’ve been getting. Like I said they were very observant I never would’ve noticed that and they did! Saving me further headaches and problems down the road. The fact that they noticed the battery was defective physically and internally. Jessica noticed that the battery was bulging a little bit before even trying to recharge it as I requested. She informed me that it would be very unsafe to try and charge that battery because it may explode and it may explode in the car if I keep trying to use it. That is very true and I appreciate them informing me of that and thinking of my safety! I don’t want more costly repairs down the road because I pushed the battery too far when it was going bad. Jessica made the right call and saying that we cannot charge that battery it is unsafe and I agree with her both her and Ricardo both stated that. And Ricardo also not only change the battery and tested the battery for me and showed me how to look to see if my spark plugs or my distributor caps are going bad, he was very quick professional and made the repair a breeze. They know what they’re doing. I’ve had some bad experience going to auto parts stores in the past but not this time! Again I want to think Ricardo and his manager Jessica for every thing they did to help me stay safe and keep running so I can support, feed, and see my family. They even thanked me for my military service which means a lot. Thank you again guys for everything !!!!🙏🏽🥰🥰🥰🥰🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤟🏽❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
